To ensure your trip is truly fulfilling and memorable, please take note of the following:

• Trekking Route: This tour has a difficulty level of 2 – Moderate, making it suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels, including children 10 years and older accompanied by their parents. However, please note that the trail includes several stream crossings and some sections with gentle slopes. While generally manageable, extra caution is advised, especially for young children. Please ensure you have appropriate footwear and are prepared for varied terrain. Always adhere to the safety guidelines provided by your tour guide.
• Weather: Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Please check the forecast before your trip and dress accordingly. Bringing a raincoat or light jacket is recommended.
• Insects: Insects may be present in the forest, so please bring insect repellent and wear long-sleeved clothing to protect your skin.
• Hot Spring Bathing: When bathing in the hot spring, be cautious of deep water and slippery rocks. Warm up properly before entering the water and avoid staying in for extended periods.

4. “Cỗ Lá” – A Cultural Culinary Delight

• Appreciate and Learn: “Cỗ Lá” is a unique culinary tradition of the Thai people. Please learn about it and enjoy it with respect.
• Rituals: There may be some traditional rituals during the “Cỗ Lá” feast. Please observe and follow the instructions of the locals.

• Time and Meeting Point: Morning tour: starts from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Afternoon tour: starts from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Please gather at Dong Rung Cooperative, Agritage Hill, Buot Village, Chieng Yen Commune, Van Ho District, Son La Province.
